Tank Rotator (Conventional)

• Rotators are designed to rotate and position cylindrical vessels of all types Each set comprises of one drive and idler unit • The MCR rotator are rigidly constructed and of simple principal of design manufactured of a strong machine frame welded structure with machined track sliding roller bracket. • The heavy duty wheels run in ball bearing and are provided with abrasion proof steel armored solid rubberized rims. • A supporting can gradually be shifted by hand to tune the turning rolls to the individual vessel diameter, the bracket is locked with a pintle cotter.

Tank Rotator (Self Centering)

We offer tank rotator, which are built from two independents units, one driving and the other free. Driving unit is equipped with one driving wheels, the other unit has free wheels. Both units can be longitudinally moved. Each unit constructed from fundamental frame, wheels with carrier and shifting part in case of movable realization. Rubber circumferences of wheel is rolled on ball bearing. Wheel's carrier can move along fundamental frame depending on diameter of treated subject and is fastened on frame with screws. Driving wheel starts to roll when the command from remote control is set. The subject on roller bed can roll left or right with steplessly controlled speed. Features • The model MSCR Tank Rotaters are self centering type with lead - screw (LH-RH). • The Rotator can handle shells of vessels and tank wearing in diameter. • The surface speed can be steplessly varied which will cover the requirements of all type of welding jobs. • The main frame is made of solid plate construction. • The roller supports are fully fabricated. Speed variation is obtained by DC Thyristorised control or it can be AC inverter drive. • The reduction in speed is obtained by warm reduction gearbox. • Roller beds 5-1 OOt are used to rotate objects for welding, cutting, coloring or positioning purposes.

Tank Rotator (Self Aligning)

Construction : Memco Self-Aligning Rotators provides an economical and practical answer to cylindrical vessel rotating problems. The unique design permits the rollers to align themselves whatsoever and irrespective of locality or irregularity. The vessel remains central to the frames irrespective of diameter, and frequent adjustment if the welding head become unnecessary. Self-Aligning Rotators permit roller to align themselves to the workpiece without the need for manual pre -adjustment irrespective of locality or irregularity. workpieces remain central to the base frame irrespective of the diameter minimizing the necessity to adjust the welding head. Self Aligning Rotators: Instantly self - aligning to the workpiece. Robust all-steel welding construction. Clutches incorporated in top roller of Drive Section to prevent damage to transmission when loading. Variable speed rotation through thyristor control/A.C. inverter control. Anti-Creep fitted Idler Section (optional)
