Tank Rotator

Apart from this, the manufacturer ensures that the MCR rotators have a simple design and robust construction. These have a strong machine frame welded structure with machined track sliding roller brackets. Along with that, the heavy-duty wheels have abrasion proof steel armored solid rubberized rims and run in ball bearing. Moreover, the supporting can slowly be shifted by hand to tune the turning rolls to the individual vessel diameter. Their bracket is locked with a pintle cotter for better utility.

While the driving unit has one driving wheel, the other unit has free wheels. Both units are constructed from fundamental frames and can be longitudinally moved. These rotators have a robust all-steel welding construction and clutches have been integrated into the top roller of the drive section to prevent damage to transmission while loading.
