We have grown by leaps and bounds under our proprietor Mr. Sarfaraz Baig however; the foundation of our organization was laid by Mr. M. Ismail who was a strong believer in networking rather than hierarchy. A former president of Bombay chapter of Indian Institute of Welding, Mr. Ismail played a vital role in bringing about cohesion and advancement of welding technology. He established the company with a vision to achieve scaling success in the welding industry and his vision is on a way to a beatific fulfillment as we are now ruling the roost in the industry by manufacturing excellent quality welding power sources, system and accessories.

He has worked with various construction site engineering experts and major fabrication centers here and abroad. This experience enabled him to bring the technology to India and introduce robust and energy efficient equipment and automation products in India for the first time. His quest for innovation led to constant improvement in the standard equipment, development of new ones and processing for novel applications.

Mr. Ismail always strive to keep the quality standards at the highest level. His guidance and painstaking efforts by the team helped us in earning ISO 9000:2000. He had a strong customer focus which enabled him to gauge the client’s requirements and respond to them in best possible way.

His legacy is carried forward by his son Mr. H. Rehman who has taken us global and has made us a well known name in international market as well. The son in law of MR. Ismail, Mr. Sarfaraz Baig is an authorized dealer in Delhi and is looking after the northern region under the leadership of his brother in law Mr. H Rehman who is the Managing Director of the Company.
