Design of Synchro CNC Press Brakes is based on Yl - Y2 cylinders synchronized for parallelism of Ram and Table through Electronic Control. Steel Frame is Rigidly Welded and mono block construction is designed to absorb under load. Cylinders are made out of High Quality Steel and precisely honed. Piston are Hard chrome Plate and Ground. Seals used are of Quality material and of imported make. Ram travels through rigid and accurate low friction Fiber Slide ways to achieve desired beam tilt. Full electronic Synchronization. With servo valve technology of (Bosch-Rexroth or other imported make) assures continuous monitoring & correction of Yl and Y2 parallelism through CNC control. Stroke depth measurement through Electronic liner scales upto 5 Microns resolution. One side bending without any damage to guiding system. CNC X-Axis (Back Gauge) travels on two Ball Screws and hard chromed Rod through Roller Cage guiding. CNC X-Axis (Back Gauge) driven by A. C. Servo Motor (Imported Make) ana Encoder with close loop control. Anti Deflection System comprises of two specially designed wedges. To achieve accurate bending through oi/t the full length, Anti Deflection System is fitted in the bed. The aid of ADS will make up for any loss of day light, deflection at center, wear & tear of tools, spring back property of the material.

Mechanical press brakes and pneumatic press brakes are designed and developed through years of experience in sheet metal working machines. Press Brakes are widely accepted in industries for continuous production runs and in areas requiring accuracy and repeatability coupled with high production. s.. FRAME : Frame is of robust steel construction of rigid and interlocked design. It is strain-free and supports the ram and bed against undesired deflection under permissible load condition. RAM AND BED : Made from steel plates of suitable thickness. Machined for straightness and parallelism of the working surface. Ram is guided and supported throughout the stroke by accurately machined guide ways. DRIVE SYSTEM : Power is transmitted to the ram through two individual gear drives for uniform load distribution throughout the length This also reduces the torsional stresses on the eccentric shaft. Electric motor used is of sufficient H.P Which reduces slowdown of flywheel and increases energy available per stroke. The gear and pinion are made out of carbon/alloy steel. RAM ADJUSTMENT : Motorized ram adjustment through a simple drive mechanism, facilitates quick bending angle adjustment Angular ram adjustment is made simple by incorporating a spring loaded dog clutch. CLUTCH AND BRAKE : All series of press brakes are provided with high - torque low -inertia friction clutch, synchronized with heavy duty mechanical brake ensuring immediate braking of ram on releasing the pedal. Clutch operating levers are designed in such a way that minimum, engaging force is required at the pedal.

Hydraulic Shearing Machines

Light Duty Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine with FIXED RAKE ANGLE is designed to suit Sheet Metal Industries using thin Sheets. FRAME : Rigid steel frame shears are optimally designed to avoid weak sections at load support and is of interlocked design. The table of frame is welded together with support of steel plates. The table top surface is machined with provision of t-slot to facilitate front gauge stopper. Ram assembly is welded with steel plate support. ROLLER GUIDES : The upper beam is guided by three point roller guides. A replaceable hardened Liner is provided for minimum wear. It eliminates lubrication of guides. HYDR. POWER PACK : Hydraulic system is mounted at top at rear side of machine. Hydraulic components are of internationally reputed make like Vickers, Dowty, Rexroth etc. Valves are mounted on a compact manifold block minimizing piping and chances of leakages. For oil cooling sufficient size of oil reservoir is provided. CYLINDERS : Cylinders are precisely honed and are fitted with hard chromed piston rod with best quality sealing elements. Cylinders are connected with upper beam (cutting beam). HYDR. HOLD DOWN : Hydraulic hold down pads hold the sheet securely to avoid slipping & bowing resulting in clean square cut. Hold down units are provided for better clamping while cutting narrow strips. STROKE : The same is adjusted with help of stroke setting Rod & Limit Switches. BLADE CLEARANCE : Blade clearance can be adjusted manually by lever on each side of machine with calibration of clearance suitable for thickness. BACK GAUGE : Hand operated back gauges are provided. BLADES : shears are provided with high quality, Single segment (HcHcr) blades for longer tool life. Ease in assembling of blade reduces down time. The blades are four edged. OPERATION : The Machine can be operated by Push Button or by Foot Switch. When foot Switch is pressed Hold Down Plungers come down & Upper Beam starts Shearing Operation. If foot Switch released at any point of Shearing, the Upper Beam will return back from that point.

We offer CNC hydraulic turret punch press, that consist of bridge frame construction. This design eliminates side thrust when punching with an off center load. Its also minimize frame deflection and eliminates tooling misalignment hence increase tool and machine life. SINGLE TRACK THICK TURRET : In this turret H type long tools are fixed with four different size i.e. A, B, C, D as per given chart. AUTO REPOSITIONING : Precise repositions can be achieved by NC Controlled work clamp repositions. The sheet holder holds the sheet while the clamps ensures processing accuracy.
