Electrodes Drying Oven/Accessories
We offer a wide range of superior quality range of electrode drying ovens, which are suitable for re-drying electrodes having excess moisture. Dampness causes water vapour to be generated in the arc shield and can adversely affect both the running properties of the electrode and the quality of welded portion. Our range of electrodes drying oven ensures longer life of electrodes and are high performing. Our range includes portable oven, TIG accessories, MIG accessories, portable oven with thermostat, mother/ stationery oven flux, electrodes drying with thermocouple, fume suction arms handy, safety accessories, hand tools and electric tools.
Features:
- Temperature Control: Provided with Digital & Manual thermostat for precise setting.
- Easy Weld: Totally dry & pre-heated welding consumables yield radiographic quality welds.
- Portable Electrode Drying Oven, supply 80 V. D. C. No need to give supply from mains. This can be easily connected, one line to the welding holder and other line to crocodile clip in turn to the job.
- The temperature is maintained 150°-200°C. The body construction by 18 swg. CRCA. mild steel with simple hinged door.
- Insulated with high grade mineral glass wool.
- Also available in 230 V.A.C. and custom- built design suitable to work on HO.V.A.C.
