 | Memco offers MCT series High Efficiency CC/CV Fully Thyristorised full wave control universal multi process Welding Rectifier with Stick/ Tig / Mig / Submerged & Gouging process capability. By a simple operation of a Switch CC can be converted to CV operation (CP).
Features:
- Welding current & voltage controlled by Standard/ Remote even during welding (Infinitely)
- Stick out control facility(Arc condition feed back system).
- Fresh Tip Treatment control and fresh arc start system.
- Pre flow / post flow of shielding gas with burn back control.
- Start signal indication lamp. Although the MCT Rectifier always gives the exact currents as set by its knob, standard and calibrated Ammeter and Volt Meter are provided to ensure the exact current and arc voltage for arc monitoring.
- Stable welding current & voltage against supply voltage fluctuation and protection against single phasing.
- Modular pin socket PCBs.
- Volt meter and Ammeter with changeover switches for TIG/ MMAW, routile low hydrogen/6010 cellulosic electrodes.
